The one day ‘Introduction into Insights’ is a full participating, engaging and fun workshop that always gives individuals a ‘light bulb’ moment.
It allows individuals to self-reflect and learn how to adapt and connect with others which can fundamentally enhance team effectiveness and culture of the business.

Discovery Full Circle® is a great follow up option after the Introduction into Insights session.
Insights® Full Circle is a 360 tool that allows up to 12 people from your team to complete an evaluator based on the perception they have on an individual.
A bespoke report is created and compares this to the individual’s own perception. This bespoke feedback report increases awareness of other people's perceptions and helps individuals / teams understand and improve personal interactions.
This bespoke Discovery Insights® profile can be used to support 1-2-1 coaching and to help individuals reach their full potential.
Insights® can also be used for talent mapping, growing future leaders and as an additional tool during the recruitment process.
